Chris is a native of Columbia, Tennessee, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Science degree from Vanderbilt University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Missouri State University.

As the owner of Columbia Women's Clinic, Chris provides comprehensive clinical care for women throughout their lifespan. Her passion for women's health began at an early age, influenced by her father, Dr. Joel Hargrove, MD, a nationally recognized pioneer in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Chris worked alongside her father for several years before taking over the clinic upon his retirement in 2015.

A board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Chris is an active member of several scientific organizations, including the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health, the North American Menopause Society, and the Endocrine Society. Her clinical interests include personalized bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for the perimenopausal and menopausal woman, thyroid disorders, comprehensive preventative care, and the application of the latest research into clinical practice. Chris is dedicated to ensuring that every patient leaves the clinic feeling educated, empowered, and equipped to pursue their best possible self.

Outside of her professional life, Chris has been married to her husband Clay for over 20 years, and together they have two children. When she's not caring for her patients, Chris enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, engaging in any activity that brings them closer to nature.

Meagan is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Western Governor's University in 2015 and continued her studies at Samford University where she graduated with her Master's Degree in Nursing.
